How did an immigrant from Pakistan who loves swing dancing, fine wine, and typography end up in financial services? I came into this industry in 2008 leaving behind a career in Marketing and Communications because I saw an opportunity to make a direct and positive impact in people’s lives. Before fully committing to the new venture, I wanted to make sure it aligned with my personality, passions, and values. So I grabbed a pen and paper and wrote down a list of things I love, to see if they aligned with the chosen vocation.
